I’m still mentally in the NaNoWriMo, still running forward even though it’s over…I’ll soon need to shift gears for everything I have to do in December. (wry grin) Here’s a little something more from my NaNo project, right where I left off last week. (Yes, I was here last week, although due to Thanskgiving madness and being on the road a lot, I never did post my snippet on Facebook)…

 

Not that Dyvian nor anyone else was paying attention to Gryluxx’s jewelry. His talisman didn’t matter. Not in this ceremony. Only one object was sacred to Seraphix, the link between each Follower and their god.

Leiwell reached up to touch the coin around his neck, laying against his bare flesh under his tunic.

The small metal disc scorched his fingers, hissing against his breast.
